Player Safety First

Juwa Responsible Gaming – Play Safe in Pakistan

At Juwa, responsible gaming is not a box we tick to satisfy a policy requirement — it is something we genuinely care about. Most people who play on Juwa do so for entertainment, and that's exactly what gaming should be. But we also know that for some players, things can tip over from fun into a problem. This page lays out everything Juwa does to help you stay in control, and what to do if you ever feel like you're losing it.

What Responsible Gaming Actually Means

Responsible gaming on Juwa means understanding that every bet you place, every Ludo game you join, every poker hand you play — it should be something you're doing for enjoyment, within a budget you can genuinely afford. It means the money on the line is money you're fine with losing, not your rent or grocery money. And it means you're in control of how long you play and how much you spend, rather than the game being in control of you.

This sounds simple, and for the vast majority of Juwa's 250,000+ registered players, gaming stays exactly like that — entertaining, exciting and manageable. A PSL match becomes more interesting when you've got a small bet on it. A Friday night Ludo tournament adds a bit of extra drama for Rs 100. That's the version of gaming we're here to support.

But Juwa is also realistic. For a small number of people, the line between entertainment and compulsion can blur. Stress, financial pressure, relationship difficulties — these can all turn what was once a hobby into something harder to manage. Juwa's responsible gaming framework exists to catch that early, give you tools to deal with it and make sure that no one is left without a path back to a healthier relationship with gaming.

Juwa's Player Protection Tools

Five tools built into every Juwa account — free, immediate and always available to you

Deposit Limits
Set a maximum on how much you can deposit into your Juwa account — daily, weekly or monthly. Once set, the limit takes effect immediately. You can lower it at any time with instant effect. Increasing a limit requires a 7-day cooling period before the change takes effect, so a moment of impulse doesn't undo the protection you've put in place for yourself.
Available in account settings
Cooling-Off Periods
Need a few days away from gaming? A cooling-off period lets you temporarily suspend your Juwa account without permanently closing it. Choose from 24 hours, 48 hours, 1 week, 2 weeks or up to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period you cannot login, place bets or play games. Juwa will not send you any marketing communications during this time either.
Request via support
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gaming has become a genuine problem for you, self-exclusion is the right step. You can request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years or indefinitely. Juwa will close your account within 24 hours of your request. During the exclusion you cannot create a new account. Any balance will be returned to your payment method. This is the strongest tool available — and we make it easy to access.
Email support@juwa.click
Reality Checks
Enable optional session reminders that appear on screen at intervals you choose — every 30 minutes, every hour or every 2 hours. The reminder shows you how long you've been playing and how much you've wagered or deposited in the session. Sometimes all it takes is a prompt to step back, breathe and decide consciously whether to continue. Enable reality checks in your account settings.
Configure in settings
Full Account History
Every bet you've placed, every deposit, every withdrawal — all visible in your account history at any time. Honest visibility over your own activity is one of the most effective responsible gaming tools there is. If you look at your history and the numbers concern you, that's a signal worth acting on. Your complete account history is always available in the account dashboard.

Dedicated Support Team
Juwa's support team is available every day and includes staff trained specifically in responsible gaming conversations. If you're not sure whether you need help but something feels off, just reach out. You can message in English or Urdu. We will never judge you, and we will never try to talk you out of using a protection tool. Helping you play safely is genuinely more important to us than keeping you gaming.

Warning Signs to Watch For

Problem gambling tends to develop gradually. Most people who experience it don't recognise it for some time because each individual session feels manageable on its own. Here are the warning signs that — taken together — suggest gambling has moved beyond entertainment into a problem that needs addressing. Be honest with yourself when you read these.

Chasing Losses
Placing bigger bets or playing longer sessions to try to win back money you've already lost. The logic feels compelling in the moment — it almost never works and leads to bigger losses.
Hiding Your Gaming Activity
Concealing how much you're spending or how often you're gambling from family members or close friends. If it needs to be hidden, that's worth reflecting on.
Using Money You Can't Afford to Lose
Gambling with money earmarked for rent, bills, groceries or family needs. This is one of the clearest signals that gaming has stopped being entertainment.
Feeling Restless When Not Playing
Feeling anxious, irritable or preoccupied when you're not able to access gaming. This kind of psychological dependency is a sign of a problem, not just a preference for the hobby.
Neglecting Other Responsibilities
Work, family time, social commitments or personal health being neglected because of time spent gambling or thinking about gambling.
Unable to Stop Despite Wanting To
Setting a limit, breaking it, and setting it again repeatedly. The intent to stop is there but the behaviour doesn't follow — this is the definition of a compulsive pattern.

How to Use Juwa's Tools Step by Step

If any of the warning signs above resonated with you, here's how to take action right now using the tools Juwa has available.

1
Log in to Your Juwa Account
Go to your account dashboard. All responsible gaming tools are accessible from the account settings menu. You don't need to contact anyone first to set a deposit limit or enable reality checks.
2
Set a Deposit Limit That Reflects Your Real Budget
Think honestly about what you can afford to lose in a week without it affecting your household expenses. Set that as your weekly deposit limit. Start lower than you think you need to — you can always reassess in 7 days if you want to adjust upwards.
3
Enable Reality Check Reminders
Turn on the 60-minute reality check in your settings. When it triggers, take a genuine pause — check your session total, decide consciously whether you want to continue and set a clear stop point before you do.
4
If You Feel You Need a Break, Take One
Request a cooling-off period by emailing support@juwa.click or through your account settings. It activates within hours. There's no penalty, no awkward conversation — just the break you asked for.
5
If a Break Isn't Enough, Self-Exclude
Email support@juwa.click with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request" and specify the duration. We'll process it within 24 hours. Your balance will be returned and your account closed. Juwa will not contact you with marketing during the exclusion period.
6
Talk to Someone
Whether that's Juwa's support team, a family member or a trusted friend — talking about a gambling problem is the hardest step and the most important one. You don't have to handle this alone.

Quick Self-Assessment

Answer honestly — this takes 60 seconds and is only for your own reflection. No data is stored or sent to Juwa.

1. Have you gambled more than you planned to in the last 30 days?
2. Have you ever tried to win back money you lost gambling?
3. Has gambling affected your ability to pay bills or meet financial commitments?
4. Have you hidden gambling activity from family or friends?
5. Do you feel anxious or irritable when you're not able to gamble?
Your responses suggest you're gaming responsibly

Based on your answers, your gaming habits sound healthy. Keep setting a clear budget before each session and stick to it. If anything changes, come back to this check-in — and remember Juwa's deposit limit and reality check tools are always available in your account settings.

Some of your answers suggest it may be worth taking action

This isn't a diagnosis — but your answers indicate some patterns that are worth paying attention to. We'd encourage you to use Juwa's responsible gaming tools: start with a deposit limit, then consider a cooling-off period. If things feel more serious, self-exclusion is available and easy to request. Email support@juwa.click — we're here to help, not to judge.

Juwa's Commitment to You

Juwa has a set of commitments to every player — commitments that sit above our business interests and reflect what we genuinely believe responsible gaming on our platform looks like.

We will never market to a self-excluded player
Once you self-exclude on Juwa, all marketing stops permanently for the duration of your exclusion. No exceptions, no loopholes.
We will train our team to spot the signs
Juwa support staff are trained to recognise the language and patterns of problem gambling in conversations and to handle those situations with care and discretion.
We process self-exclusion requests within 24 hours
When a player asks to be excluded, that is treated as a priority request. It is never delayed, deprioritised or buried in a queue.
We will return balances on self-excluded accounts promptly
Any remaining balance on a self-excluded account is returned to the player's verified payment method. We do not retain funds as leverage to prevent exclusion.
We enforce 18+ age verification without exception
Age verification is required at registration and confirmed again at first withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a minor is closed immediately and all data deleted.

The Juwa Responsible Gaming Pledge

Gaming should be something that adds a bit of extra excitement to watching a Pakistan cricket match or a Saturday night Premier League game — not something that causes stress, financial difficulty or harm to the people around you.

Juwa pledges to always keep responsible gaming tools accessible, to never penalise a player for using them, to act quickly when a player asks for help and to continuously improve how we identify and respond to problem gambling behaviour on our platform.

Responsible Gaming FAQs

Log in to your Juwa account and go to the Account Settings section. You'll find the Responsible Gaming tools in the menu — from there you can set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit. The limit takes effect immediately once you save it. Lowering a limit is always instant. Raising a limit requires a 7-day waiting period so the change doesn't take effect impulsively. If you can't find the setting, email support@juwa.click and we'll walk you through it.

Your balance is fully returned to you. When Juwa processes a self-exclusion request, any real-money balance on the account is transferred back to the payment method you used most recently — whether that's your Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet, NayaPay, SadaPay or a bank account via IBFT. Bonus funds are forfeited in line with the standard bonus terms, but all real deposits and winnings are returned. This happens within the same processing window as the account closure.

Yes. A cooling-off period is a temporary suspension, not a permanent closure. Once the period you selected has expired, you can log back in and your account will be active again. If during the break you decide you'd prefer a longer break or a permanent self-exclusion, just contact Juwa support before the cooling-off period ends. We'll extend the break or convert it to a self-exclusion. Self-exclusions, on the other hand, cannot be reversed during the specified duration — that's by design.

This is a difficult situation and we understand it. If you believe a family member is using Juwa and is showing signs of a problem, you can contact Juwa support at support@juwa.click and we will discuss the options available. Please note that for privacy reasons we cannot share account-specific information with third parties — but we can discuss responsible gaming resources and take note of your concern. The most helpful thing you can do is to have an honest, non-judgmental conversation with the person directly and encourage them to use Juwa's self-exclusion tools or speak to a trusted professional.

Juwa strictly enforces an 18+ age requirement. Age is collected during registration. Before a player's first withdrawal is processed, Juwa requires identity verification — which includes confirmation of date of birth via a government-issued CNIC or other ID document. If an account is found to belong to someone under 18, it is closed immediately and any deposits returned. Juwa does not allow minors to gamble or game for real money under any circumstances. If you're aware of an under-18 accessing the platform, please email support@juwa.click immediately.
