Juwa Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Juwa, operating at juwa.click ("the Platform"). By accessing, registering on or using any part of the Juwa platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register and must not use the Juwa platform. Continued use of Juwa after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

To register and use Juwa you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Juwa strictly prohibits access by anyone under 18. Age verification will be requested and must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• You must be a real individual — not a corporation, trust or partnership — registering on your own behalf for personal use.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete registration information including your legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number and active payment method. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by Juwa or any responsible gaming authority to which Juwa subscribes.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming and betting activities in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform. It is your responsibility to determine whether your access complies with local law.

Juwa reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an existing account if any eligibility condition is found not to be met, now or at any point in the future.

One account per player. Every player is permitted to hold exactly one Juwa account. If Juwa detects that you have created or are operating more than one account — whether under the same identity or different identities — all associated accounts will be suspended, all bonuses voided and any balance held pending investigation.

Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Juwa login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. Juwa will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Juwa support immediately.

Account verification (KYC). Juwa may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age and payment method ownership. Standard documents requested include a government-issued CNIC, proof of address and confirmation of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time may result in account restriction or closure. Juwa follows this process to protect all players and to meet its obligations under applicable anti-money-laundering guidelines.

Dormant accounts. An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. Juwa may apply a monthly administration fee of Rs 200 to dormant accounts after providing notice. Accounts with a zero balance after the dormancy period may be closed.

All financial transactions on Juwa are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted:

• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method that has been used to deposit into your account. Juwa does not transfer funds to third-party accounts.
• Juwa does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges — check with your provider separately.
• Juwa reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly first withdrawals and large-amount requests.
• If a deposit is made in error, contact Juwa support immediately. We cannot guarantee recovery of funds once a transaction has been processed through the payment network.
• Juwa may apply enhanced due-diligence checks to transactions above Rs 50,000 in line with standard financial compliance procedures. This may extend processing time.

All bets and wagers placed on Juwa are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, game or tournament as published on the platform at the time the bet is placed. In the event of ambiguity, Juwa's determination of the applicable rules is final.

Bet placement. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation from Juwa. Network interruptions during bet placement may result in a bet not being recorded. Juwa is not liable for bets that were not successfully submitted and confirmed.

Minimum and maximum stakes. Juwa publishes minimum and maximum stake limits for each market. These limits may be adjusted at Juwa's discretion, including in real time during live/in-play markets. Juwa reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or accumulator.

Voided bets. Juwa may void a bet where: the event was cancelled or abandoned; there was a clear error in the published odds (palpable error); the bet was placed after the outcome was known; or Juwa determines in good faith that the integrity of the market has been compromised.

Ludo game rules. All Juwa Ludo games use a certified RNG for dice outcomes. Game results are final once a game session ends. Disconnections during a game are handled in accordance with the Disconnection Policy published in the Ludo Games section. Entry fees are deducted at the point of joining a room and are not refunded where a game has commenced.

Juwa may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, free Ludo chips and other promotional credits from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside the offer:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in the promotion terms.
• Time limits: All bonuses expire within the time period stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds are forfeited upon expiry.
• One offer per player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, welcome bonuses and new-player offers are available only once per player, household and device. Juwa detects and voids bonus abuse.
• Market restrictions: Some bonus funds may only be used on specific game types or markets. Wagers placed on excluded markets do not count towards wagering requirements.
• Abuse: Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to low-risk wagering patterns designed purely to clear a bonus — may result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Juwa and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering under a false identity or providing false personal information at any point
• Operating more than one Juwa account simultaneously
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any form of mechanical assistance to interact with Juwa's platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Exploiting bugs, errors or technical vulnerabilities in Juwa's platform — any such exploit must be reported to Juwa support immediately
• Money laundering — using Juwa for the purposes of converting, concealing or legitimising proceeds of any criminal activity
• Placing bets on markets where you hold inside information not available to the general public
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or Juwa staff in any communication channel
• Allowing a minor to access or use your Juwa account under any circumstances

Juwa is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We offer all registered players access to the following tools at any time, free of charge:

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum on how much you can deposit. Takes effect immediately when set and can only be reduced, not increased, within a 7-day cooling period.
• Cooling-off periods — temporarily suspend your account for a period between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion — permanently or long-term close your account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once active, cannot be reversed for the specified duration.
• Reality checks — optional session timers that remind you of your play duration at intervals you choose.
• Account history — full transaction and betting history available at any time so you can review your activity honestly.

Juwa will never market to a player who has self-excluded or opted out of communications. All content on the Juwa platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, page layouts, game interfaces, software, text and betting markets — is owned by or licensed to Juwa and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any Juwa content without prior written permission. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Juwa platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence terminates immediately upon account closure for any reason.

Juwa provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, server upgrades and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary unavailability. Juwa is not liable for losses resulting from unavailability of the platform during periods of maintenance or unplanned downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Juwa's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Juwa is not liable for any loss or damage arising from: reliance on information displayed on the platform that is subject to error or delay; failure of your internet connection or device; or actions taken by third-party payment processors.

Juwa collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Juwa may share data with payment processors, identity verification services and, where required by law, regulatory authorities. Juwa does not sell your personal data to third-party marketers. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.

Juwa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via a notification on the platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Juwa platform after a change has been notified or published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should close your account before the new Terms take effect.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Juwa is registered and operates. Any dispute not resolved through Juwa's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under standard commercial arbitration rules before any court proceedings are initiated.

Juwa's internal complaints procedure begins with a formal written complaint submitted to support@juwa.click. Juwa commits to acknowledging all complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 10 business days.
